Throughout my career I have led teams with responsibility for ticketing, customer service, business development and partnership management. Working with your managers and department leads, I will:
Assess their skills in managing complex relationships, whether that’s audience members, high value donors and funders or key internal stakeholders.
Review team structures and dynamics and carry out shadowing and feedback sessions.
Offer my observations on how your team is performing and where there is opportunity to support them further.
Working 1:1 with managers and leads, I offer them guidance and feedback to help them develop their stakeholder relationship management and negotiating skills so they are effective in supporting your goals.
Fractional and interim roles
I can provide fractional or interim support for key roles to build capacity, cover temporary absences or bridge a gap while you recruit for a permanent position.
